Explore the best of our region and beyond from the comfort of your table at The Commodore, and if you opt for our beef offering, well, it’s nothing short of exceptional. Our local cut, the 36° South Beef, sourced from the fields right on the doorstep of the Coonawarra Wine Region, offers pristine and rich flavours, with the Rib Eye available in different sizes, all fit for a king (700g – 1.3kg]. The other premium beef experience is the Mayura Station Full Blood Wagyu Beef, need we say more?
