Warm, welcoming, and ready for connection, the bar at THE COMMODORE is ready to serve up sophisticated sips no matter your flavour.

Enjoy inspired signature cocktails, or a classic with a COMMODORE take, or dive into our two-glass rated and coveted wine list showcasing wines from the Coonawarra Wine Region through to the Barossa Valley, McLaren Vale, and Clare Valley wine regions. Or if you’re ready to explore the wines of the world, our selection of premium wines, some by Coravin, will have your taste buds on a journey to discovery.

Wine not for you? Aside from the epic cocktails, and a gin selection that showcases over 100 local and imported specialties. Yes, over 100! The bar is always quietly calling and has something for everyone. Plus, our team love a challenge, and to get creative with the assets on offer, hello after work drinks!

We have to mention the diverse selection of premium beers, and, of course, the imported luxuries are world-class, but we love to support local too. On the list, in the fridge and on tap, we have a number of local and South Australian favourites, along with some exceptional craft beers, too.
